I've read this article from a magazine and find it informative and useful. It's about the Power Potato and here it goes:

buti naman at nabasa ko to, mula ngayon kakain na ako malimit ng isang banda masarap naman sya at mabigat pa sa tiyan kaya tipid na rin sa bigas, ahhahahaha
