A Prayer of Life

Teach me Lord to be sweet and gentle
In all the events in life
In disappointments
In the thoughtlessness of others
In the insincerity of those
on whom I Relied.

Let me put myself Aside
To think of the Happiness of others
To hide my little pains and heataches
To suffer from them.

TEACH ME TO PROFIT by the suffering
That comes across my path let me use it
That it may MELLOW me not harden
Nor embitter me
That it may make me PATIENT
Not irritable
That it may make BROAD in my FORGIVENESS
Not narrow, haughty and overbearing.

May NO ONE be less good for having come
With in my influence no one less PURE less TIME.
Less KIND, less NOBLE for having been
A fellow traveler in our journey
Towards Eternal Life. AMEN.

(More thins are wrought by prayer than this dream of.)

she's off to New York . . .

As I have mentioned on my previous post about my cousin who’s bound to New York for a tour, well I have another update for you guys. I was shock this morning when she called me up and told me that she’s on the way to the airport already. I was not expecting that her trip was this soon enough. She told me that everything was taken care of from the day of his arrival until the day she’ll be going back home. She really did plan it well.

Upon her arrival to New York she book for GO Airlink NYC a transport service that would fetch her from the airport and will bring her to the hotel were she’ll stay. What’s nice with GO Airlink is their services are very affordable and very reliable. And they are always on time and they can be trusted especially to those first timers in New York like my so gutsy cousin. The Car Service NYC that fetches her uses new and modern vehicles with a separate luggage compartment, upholstered seating and have a nice air-conditioning unit that once you’re in the car you really feel like a queen visiting New York. Olah! What an unforgettable New York experience my cousin has. To you my dear cousin have fun and seize the day at the Big Apple.

Exploring New York

Everyone dreams of visiting the beautiful city of New York or which is fondly called ‘The Big Apple” and I myself is one of it. Well, how I wish someday I could visit that place and explore its amazing views and its famous landmark the statue of liberty which is their main tourist attraction. Wow! Amazing!

Anyways, my cousin was so lucky enough for she just got her multiple entry visa for U.S. And now she’s so excited to travel abroad. Her first destination will be New York City, the Big Apple itself. In fact as early as now she booked herself in one of the renowned leader in New York sightseeing which is the CitySights NY. She doesn’t sound too excited and too prepared for her trip right?

Anyway, she chooses CitySights NY because they have this package or deals that would tour you around New York with its hop on, hop off double decker buses which is designed with top-deck-only seating just to provide you with the best views of New York. You would really enjoy your New York Tours with them. Oh, how I wish I could come with my cousin but then that would be way to far yet. And to my dearest cousin enjoy your New Your trip and don’t forget to bring something for me when you’ve got home. :))

Help Your Baby Sleep

How to help baby sleep through the night . . .

1. Develop fixed sleeping hours. Put him to bed at the same time every night, and wake him up at the same time every morning, everyday.

2. Have a well-lit room for daytime naps. This will help keep daytime naps short, which will, in turn, encourage a good night's sleep.

3. Avoid eye contact with your baby. Lay your baby on his side, facing away from you. Not being able to see you will help him fall asleep faster.

4. Don't pat your baby to sleep. Some gentle patting is okay to relax your baby, but stop before he actually falls asleep. This will teach him to fall asleep on his own.

5. Develop a relaxing activity. Find something that relaxes your baby, a bath, a lullaby, etc. and do it regularly before bedtime.

6. Choose diapers that require less changes. A diaper that absorb more liquid, allowing for undisturbed, better quality sleep for you and your baby. :)

Tantrums..tantrums...tantrums

For these past few days I was a stay at home mom and it was a freaking experience. I was absent from work since Wednesday because my sister got sick and had to be confined in the hospital. So no one else left to take care of my super duper hyper kiddo but me. And during my 5 days of being a SAHM my son really test my temper and patience to the fullest level because he always have tantrums everyday just to get my attention. He won’t take a nap during nap times, he would always watch ice age part 1 and 2 over and over again. He won’t listen to me each time I’ll speak with him, he’ll spank and kick me and throw his toys on me. I really dunno know . . . his getting unruly and I don’t understand his behavior anymore. And it’s freaking me out. One time I lost my patience and spank him with a belt. I know it’s bad but then I explain it to him afterwards thinking that he’ll learn from what I have done unto him but then he did not for he keeps on repeating it once again, throwing tantrums and everything. Whew! This is actually a great challenge on me on how to discipline my son. It’s so hard to be a mother and a father at the same time. *sigh*

I Feel Sad. . .

waaahhh..i feel so sad . . . . Mr. G got my page rank once again . . .well, i guess partly its my fault because for these past few days i am not in the mood of blog hopping or updating my blog. And I was hooked with facebook's farmtown. very bad, though.I guess I'll better update my blog and do blog hopping again. tsk. .tsk. . .tsk. . .

It's really quite depressing, but then this is life. Gotta work hard and win back my PR again.

Credit and Debt Consolidation

With the bad economy nowadays, many people had a hard time settling their bad debts. In fact you will hear more and more people are into serious bad debt situations. But then worry no more because debt consolidation is here to help and assists you in all your debt problem needs. They have programs and tips on how to handle all your different kinds of debt needs.

Well, If you’re wondering how does debt consolidation work, it’s so simple debt consolidation is gathering all kinds of debt that you have. Like your credit card debt, loans and liabilities and they combine it into one making your monthly payable lower and more affordable. Then after that credit consolidation comes next, here they will renew all your credit history like your having a fresh obligation already.

There’s also another kind of loan consolidation and it is the payday loan consolidation, which means having a single monthly payment. Through this scheme you will not be stress out on how to pay your debt monthly because it allows you to pay off your debt in a more convenient rate. And mostly payday loan consolidation programs are design to run for 12 months or for 1 year. So you really have enough time to pay your loans.

So now that you know about these three kinds of loan consolidation you can now take control and get your finance in order and be debt free and worry free from all your payment obligations.

Are You Ready?

Did you know that the Philippines is hit by an average e of 20 typhoons every year? With this amount of rainfall, it generates about an average annual precipitation in Manila is 2,080 mm (82 inches) while average temperature ranges are from 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit) to 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit) all year.

The sudden and erratic changes in heat and weather are horrible for one's health. Pollution, stress, and other factors take their toll on one's immune system. Among all illnesses, the flu is among the leading causes for absences at the work place or school.

This airborne virus is at its most prevalent during the rainy season with the weather being so unpredictable. What can you do? Well, along with the proper diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle, getting your annual flu vaccine is also a must to get the complete protection against the flu virus.

Do your share. Find out what you can do. Visit http://www.bakuna.ph for more info.

just in time . . .

For these past few months’ computer and internet usage like playing online games or just surfing the net during office hours is a very big issue in our office. It even reaches to the management that made them so angry. It was even mentioned during one of our mini programs that they will set up monitoring group to monitor every employee during office hours. And if you’ll be found and caught in the act surfing or playing online games during office hours you’ll be punished or sanctioned. It was even mentioned by our management that they have plans to take out some of the internet connections. And just in time I found this ActivTrak for employee monitoring. ActiveTrak is software that allows managers to keep eye on how employees computer were actually being used. I suggest that our office will avail its Employee monitoring tutorial so that they will have now the idea on how to monitor all the computers of all the employees closely and in an easy way.
